A traditional Italian style tiramisu cake with a twist. The mousse is composed of the best cream cheese in store and creme anglaise, on a coffee sponge base baked with rich Irish coffee liqueur. For the finishing touch, all the flavours are locked in with a mixed spray coating of milk and dark chocolate.
